After enjoying a huge first weekend, Ajay Devgn and Anil Kapoor starrer Total Dhamaal enjoyed a super-strong Monday at the ticket windows. Despite getting stiff competition from Gully Boy in the metro cities, the comic caper dominated the single screens pan India. As per the early, the film raked in around Rs 9.50 crore and now stands with the total collections of Rs 71.90 crore. Analysing the current scenario, we are expecting this multi-starrer venture to earn around Rs 95 crore in its first week at the box office.
Directed by Indra Kumar, the film also stars Madhuri Dixit, Boman Irani and Mahesh Manjrekar in pivotal roles. The film is all set to enter the Rs 100 crore club in its second weekend at the domestic market. Apart from the domestic market, the film has also set new benchmarks in the international circuits.
Total Dhamaal is the third installment of the successful franchise Dhamaal, which originally starred Arshad Warsi, Jaaved Jaaferi and Riteish Deshmukh alongside Sanjay Dutt. Co-produced by Fox Star Studios, Ajay Devgn Ffilms, Ashok Thakeria, Kumar, Sri Adhikari Brothers, Anand Pandit, Sangeeta Ahir and Kumar Mangat Pathak, the film released on February 22.
