It is going to be a year exactly since the legendary actress Sridevi passed away. On February 24, 2018 in a shocking accident that brought the country to a standstill, Sridevi accidentally drowned in a bathtub and left all of us. She was in UAE for Mohit Marwah's wedding. Since the anniversary is close, the late actress' daughter Janhvi Kapoor has put up a post on Instagram to sum her feelings. She put up a picture, which seems to be quite old, of her fingers with her mother's. 'My heart will always be heavy. But I ll always be smiling because it has you in it,' her caption read.
Reading the caption and looking at the picture would surely make your hearts heavy.
In an earlier interview, while talking about it, Janhvi Kapoor said, "The day before she left for the wedding (Mohit Marwah's wedding in UAE), I had to shoot, but I couldn't sleep, so I was like, 'I need you to come and put me to sleep.' But she was packing, so by the time she came to me I was half asleep. But I could feel her patting my head."
Recently on February 14, which was supposed to be the tithi of her anniversary, the Kapoor family, held a special pooja in Chennai. Also, Boney decided to auction a saree that belonged to her for a charitable cause.
