The third installment of the Dhamaal franchise enjoyed a fantastic first weekend at the box office by collecting Rs 62.40 crore. The comic-caper showed substantial growth over its three days and garnered great footfalls at the ticket windows. With the humongous collections of Rs 62.40 crore, Total Dhamaal has turned out to be the second highest opening weekend grosser at the ticket windows after Ranveer Singh's Gully Boy.

Though if we see the collection of the first three days, Total Dhamaal is ahead of Gully Boy, as it had the extended weekend of 4 days at the ticket windows. The Ajay Devgn and Anil Kapoor starrer had performed Pan India and is impressing classy and massy audiences both. Since it has got great reviews, we are expecting the film to hold well in the weekdays.
The film is all set to enter the Rs 100 crore club and will be the fourth film to achieve this feat in 2019 after Uri, Manikarnika and Gully Boy. Produced by Ajay Devgn FFilms, Ashok Thakeria, Indra Kumar, Sri Adhikari Brothers, Fox Star Studios, Anand Pandit and co-produced by Sangeeta Ahir and Kumar Mangat Pathak, the film is directed by Masti franchise helmer Indra Kumar.
