A short while ago, Shekhar Suman had announced to the world that he'd be taking a backseat in the Sushant Singh Rajput suicide case on account of the silence from the actor's family making him "uncomfortable". However, mere hours later, the popular Movers & Shakers host has reneged on his promise, citing Sushant's girlfriend, Rhea Chakraborty, openly calling for a CBI inquiry into the actor's death (which happened after his announcement) being the reason behind him again taking up the cause.
Lauding Rhea Chakraborty's urge for a CBI inquiry on her social media handles and proclaiming his return at the front and centre of the "fight" for justice for Sushant Singh Rajput, Shekhar tweeted: "Finally Rhea has also come forward. Finally.. slowly but surely ppl are showing up. it's a gud sign," adding, "I thought about it again and i realized i can't let down the emotions of so many ppl.. i will have to continue leading the fight from the front. so wat if the family is not coming forward.. Sushant was a public figure and we are fighting for him."

The voices will not slow down till he gets justice. we shall go on fighting for what we think is right and what we know is our right," adding, "Beware, the voices are turning into a storm which will blow the lid off many ugly truths. Beware, it will engulf you and punish you if you stay silent or are guilty. Beware, this storm will not subside till the culprits are exposed and brought to books. #justice."
