Movies This Week: Judgementall Hai Kya, Arjun Patiala, Penalty

Last week we saw films like The Lion King, Family of Thakurganj and Jhootha Kahin Ka hit the screens. All three movies belonged to different genres and provided entertainment for all ages. This week too, we have three polarised films releasing, a black comedy - Judgementall Hai Kya, a romantic comedy - Arjun Patiala and a sports drama - Penalty. So, without further ado, here's a sneak-peek of all the entertainment that is set to release on the big screen on Friday.

Judgementall Hai Kya

Cast: Rajkummar Rao, Kangana Ranaut, Jimmy Shergill, Amyra Dastur, Sudev Nair, Satish Kaushik, Mimoh Chakraborty, Rajesh Jais, Hrishitaa Bhatt, Hussain Dalal

Director: Prakash Kovelamudi

Synopsis: Judgementall Hai Kya follows the story of two quirky individuals who engage in a cat and mouse game which revolves between reality and illusion. The film was earlier titled Mentall Hai Kya but given the sensitivity attached to mental health in India, the makers met with the CBFC and decided to rename the film.

Arjun Patiala

Cast: Diljit Dosanjh, Kriti Sanon, Varun Sharma, Ronit Roy, Seema Pahwa, Mohammad Zeeshan Ayyub, Sunny Leone (special appearance)

Director: Rohit Jugraj

Synopsis: Arjun Patiala is a character-driven romantic comedy, featuring Kriti and Diljit's characters. Kriti plays the role of a journalist and Diljit portrays the role of a cop, while Varun plays his assistant in the film. Diljit and Co are here to take you on a hilarious ride with Arjun Patiala.

Penalty

Cast: Kay Kay Menon, Shashank Arora, Manjot Singh

Director: Shubham Singh

Synopsis: Penalty narrates the story of a youngster from Manipur who aspires to become a footballer and represent India on a global level. The film traces his journey of fighting social pressure to achieve his dreams.
