Movies this week: Spiderman: Far From Home, Malaal, One Day: Justice Delivered, Hume Tumse Pyaar Kitna

After a rocking week with Kabir Singh and Article 15 making and breaking records, the following week brings to us some rather unusual movies. Tom Holland's Spiderman: Far From Home, Meezan Jaffery-Sharmin Segal's Malaal, Anupam Kher-Esha Gupta's One Day: Justice Delivered and Karanvir Bohra-Priya Banerjee's Hume Tumse Pyar Kitna will be hitting the silver screens this week and we are nothing but curious to watch each of them.

And now we give you an overview of each one of the films so that you may be able to decide which ones to watch and which ones to skip.

Spiderman: Far From Home

Cast: Tom Holland, Samuel L. Jackson, Zendaya, Cobie Smulders, Jon Favreau, JB Smoove, Jacob Batalon, Martin Starr, with Marisa Tomei, Jake Gyllenhaal and Numan Acar

Synopsis: Jon Watts' directorial Spider-Man: Far From Home will be the 23rd film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe and will release on July 4, a day earlier in India due to unprecedented fan demand. The film's story proceeds with the events that followed with Avengers: Endgame to step up to take on new threats in a world that has changed forever. The film was initially supposed to release on July 5. Spider-Man: Far From Home will release in India in English, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu.

Malaal

Cast: Sharmin Segal and Meezaan Jaffery

Synopsis: The film is a love story between Shiva and Astha, who are two different people belonging to contrasting backgrounds but who experience the innocence of love. It is a struggle between their love for each other and who they really are. The film was initially supposed to release on June 28 but is now hitting the silver screens on July 5.

One Day: Justice Delivered

Cast: Anupam Kher, Esha Gupta, Kumud Mishra, Zarina Wahab, Zakir Hussain, Rajesh Sharma, Deepshikha and Murali Sharma

Synopsis: The crime-thriller revolves around the investigation of the crime branch s special officers who take up the difficult task of solving cases of the mysterious disappearances of high-profile individuals. Anupam Kher plays an honest judge while Esha Gupta plays a smart and alert police officer who gets to the real criminals in her own way. The film which was supposed to release last week will now hit the theatres on July 5.

Hume Tumse Pyaar Kitna

Cast: Karanvir Bohra, Priya Banerjee, Mahesh Balraj, Juhi Chawla, Sameer Kochhar

Director: Lalit Mohan

Synopsis: The film follows Dhruv s obsessive attraction towards Ananya which turns into limerence of his state of mind. In an interview with an entertainment portal, Karanvir had revealed that Hume Tumse Pyaar Kitna was extremely special for him. "The film is like a baby for us because it had been with us since the inception stage, not only from the story or even idea but from the germ that we need to make a film," he said. Just like Malaal, this film too was supposed to be released on June 28 but is now releasing on July 5.
