Trending Tunes: Varun Dhawan’s First Class from Kalank tops the charts this week

It's that time of the week when we bring to you the songs which were heard on a loop by millions. The makers of Kalank are leaving no stone unturned to promote the film, also they are dropping at least one song per week leading to it being the most hyped film right now. While last week saw a few songs bouncing back up in the charts, this week we have some very different numbers... So let's get listening...

First Class - Kalank

We actually were surprised with this song as we expected some cheesy number but this song is getting us all hooked like anything. Varun Dhawan's infectious energy and Arijit Singh's playful voice, this song is a perfect package. Also, Arijit Singh lending his voice to this peppy-groovy number was refreshing from his otherwise romantic tracks.

The soft romantic track with the addition of Kriti Sanon's charm and Kartik Aaryan's cuteness has made a place in everyone's heart. The lovey-dovey moments between Guddu and Rashmi are too cute to handle. Karan Sehmbi has given vocals to this song which has us crooning too.

Ve Maahi - Kesari

Kesari is the new entrant in this list and boy are we impressed. It's been two weeks since the movie's release but as they say, slow and steady wins the race. Ve Maahi has finally caught up with the young hearts. The video, too, is adorable with Akshay Kumar's cute lover boy antics.

Teri Mitti - Kesari

Finally, it has dawned upon the listeners that Kesari has an amazing soundtrack. Teri Mitti is the second song that has made it to the list this week. Sung by B Praak whose vocals work exceptionally well in this genre has struck chords with every music lover. Courtesy the music composer Arko Pravo Mukherjee, this is an out and out patriotic number. The video portrays the emotional struggles faced by the soldiers of the Sikh regiment and their families during the Battle of Saragarhi.

Ghar More Pardesiya - Kalank

Featuring two most talented actresses Madhuri Dixit Nene and Alia Bhatt, Ghar More Pardesiya brought these two together for the first time. Alia joins Madhuri in a musical jugalbandi and also in classical dancing. This is the first time Alia has attempted a classical form of dance. Pritam has given music to the song which is sung by two most amazing singers again, Shreya Ghoshal and Vaishali Mhade.
