After Saif Ali Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan opens up about the doll made after son Taimur

Chote nawab, Taimur Ali Khan Pataudi, if you haven't noticed, is already Bollywood royalty. From fans thronging to catch a glimpse of him to paparazzi waiting odd hours to click his many moods, Baby Tai sure knows how to keep his admirers amused and entertained. Be it with his adorable face or his guffaws when he sees his friends from the press - he is an absolute favourite and can easily be the poster boy of the toddler club in B-Town. And don't even get us started on the way he says 'Hi' and 'Bye' on insistence. Matlab hadh hoti hai. Actually not sure if there's any after the doll that has been made after him. Sure, you have seen the toy of Taimur which is apparently all the rage in God's own state, Kerala. Wearing a blue jacket over white Indian ethnic wear, the toy bears an uncanny resemblance to Saif Ali Khan and Kareena Kapoor Khan's son. It even has those beautiful blue eyes of the kid. Talk about obsession, eh? While that is that, mom Kareena is not sure how she should react to it. In interaction with Mumbai Mirror, Bebo said, "Taimur can t run away from his popularity and neither can his parents. When I saw the doll, I wondered what was I supposed to say. But Saif pointed out that it is because people love him so much and such things are a blessing for him. There is so much genuine warmth for our son that it s bad to stop people from clicking his pictures or making his dolls. But, they should understand that he is a two-year-old child and needs a normal life. Both Saif and I are struggling to give him that and will continue to do so without telling the media to back off, no matter how annoying it gets after a point. It s tough on him as it s on Saif and me.

Earlier, Saif had told Hindustan Times that the least they can do is show the replica of his little Tim. He was quoted as saying, "Maybe I should trademark his name The least they could do is send me one! I am glad people are benefiting from him. I only ask God for his safety and happiness in return." Hear that, makers? Give the man a doll made after his son!
