Kevin Spacey was spotted in public on Friday, days after being charged with felony sexual assault from an alleged 2016 incident in a Massachusetts bar involving an 18-year-old bus boy.

The disgraced actor, 59, was photographed walking to an SUV while appearing to attempt to disguise himself by wearing a hat and scarf that covered most of his face.

The occasion marked the first time that Spacey has been photographed publicly since November 2017, when a representative for the actor shared that Spacey would be seeking treatment amid claims that he made unwanted sexual advances toward young male actors.

On Monday, the same day that Spacey was charged with felony sexual assault, the actor released a bizarre video on his social media accounts, in which he seemed to be channeling his deceased House of Cards character, Frank Underwood.

“Some believed everything and have just been waiting with bated breath to hear me confess it all,” Spacey said in the video. “They’re just dying to have me declare that everything said is true and that I got what I deserved.”

“Wouldn’t that be easy if it was all so simple?” he continued. “Only you and I both know it’s never that simple, not in politics and not in life. … If I didn’t pay the price for the things we both know I did do, I’m certainly not going to pay the price for the things I didn’t do.”

According to a criminal complaint obtained by PEOPLE, Spacey will be arraigned on Jan. 7 in Nantucket District Court on a charge of indecent assault and battery.

The charge comes more than a year after former Boston TV news anchor Heather Unruh publicly accused Spacey of assaulting her then 18-year-old son at a bar in July 2016.

In police reports obtained by PEOPLE, Spacey’s accuser, now 20, told authorities that he was “texting and snapchatting” while Spacey reached down his pants and repeatedly touched his genitals over the course of three minutes while they were together at a Nantucket bar, where the accuser worked as a bus boy.

Her son told investigators last fall that he was the one who approached Spacey that summer night, wanting a photo, and proceeded to drink heavily with the House of Cards actor after finishing his shift before the alleged assault took place some time after midnight, police reports in the case show.

According to the police reports, the accuser, now 20, said he initially lied to Spacey by saying he was a 23-year-old college student.

The accuser said Spacey’s alleged touching went on for about three minutes and that he tried to move away and moved Spacey’s hands away, to no avail, the report states. He said that he left when Spacey went to the bathroom.

At a probable cause hearing in Nantucket County Court on Dec. 20, Spacey’s attorney highlighted the purported incongruities in the accuser’s story and went as far as to act out the alleged abuse, according to audio of the hearing, which was first published by the Boston Globe.

Spacey has hired L.A.-based lawyer Alan Jackson to represent him.

Mandy Moore Shares Gorgeous Photos from Her Honeymoon with Husband Taylor Goldsmith in Chile

They’re back!

After arriving back home in California, Mandy Moore caught all of her followers up on what she and husband Taylor Goldsmith did on their action-packed honeymoon in Chile.

“These crazy kids just got back from honeymooning in Chile,” the This Is Us star, 34, wrote alongside an Instagram photo of her and her husband taking one of their numerous plane rides on the trip.

“Apologies to friends who saw some of these in real time but wanted to share a few selects from our trip now that we’re home,” she wrote. “And biggest thank you to @twonightsin for planning the trip of our dreams. Can’t wait for our next adventure.”

To start things off, the newlyweds headed to Patagonia, a region spanning the southernmost tip of Argentina and Chile.

In addition to relaxing by the waterfront — where the star got to kick back and be serenaded by her husband, who is a member of indie rock band Dawes — the couple also took a trip to see glaciers and went on a scenic hike near a lake, which Moore described as “my happy place.”

From there it was off to Huerquehue National Park, which is located in the foothills of the Andes Mountains, where the couple took an additional hike — even though Goldsmith, 33, didn’t seem like he was that into it.

“The look of a man whose wife forces him on a hike,” Moore captioned a photo of the pair standing together.

The couple’s travels also took them to the Villarrica, one of Chile’s most active volcanoes, as well as the Atacama Desert, one of the driest places on earth.

Before one of their hikes, the couple also made time for a romantic private dinner inside a picturesque greenhouse.

Of course, this isn’t the first time the couple has taken an epic trip together. Earlier this year, Moore and Goldsmith summited the highest mountain in Africa, Mount Kilimanjaro, which the actress had been dreaming of doing since she was 18.

Moore and Goldsmith tied the knot on Nov. 18 in an intimate backyard ceremony.

After saying “I do,” Moore and Goldsmith performed for guests by singing their own rendition of “The Things I Might Have Been” by Kris Kristofferson and Rita Coolidge at their reception.

A source previously told PEOPLE that the small, intimate ceremony took place in Moore’s backyard in Pasadena in front of about 50 friends and family members. All the decor was pink, which matched Moore’s dress.

“The ceremony started right after sunset,” said the source. “It was boho chic and very romantic. There were a lot of pink decor, flower arrangements and candles.”

The reception took place at the Fig House, a private event space in Los Angeles, the source confirmed. Several celebrity guests were in attendance, including Minka Kelly and Moore’s ex-boyfriend Wilmer Valderrama.

Moore and Goldsmith got engaged in September 2017. He proposed with a custom Irene Neuwirth ring — featuring a round-cut diamond on a rose gold band — after the pair, who met on social media, had dated for two years.

Keira Knightly is a woman of many talents — and if you needed any proof, look no further than her recent appearance on The Graham Norton Show.

The two-time Oscar-nominated actress, 33, appeared on Norton’s New Year’s Eve episode, where she participated in the show’s annual “party pieces” tradition, during which guests are encouraged to show off their hidden party tricks.

After fellow guests Catherine Tate and Guy Pearce each showed off their own skills, Knightly took to the mic and spilled the beans about what she’d be doing: playing a song on her teeth.

“I can play my teeth! … I can play anything you want,” she said before breaking into a rendition of Hal David and Burt Bacharach’s 1969 Oscar-winning song, “Raindrops Keep Fallin’ on My Head,” by flicking her fingernails to the back of her pearly whites.

Knightly’s rendition left the audience cheering and her fellow guests surprised at the musical talents of the actress, who stars in both Colette and The Nutcracker and the Four Realms.

Though Knightley has been busy at work, she’s been spending time with Edie, the 3-year-old daughter she shares with husband James Righton, 35.

In October, Knightley opened up about motherhood to PEOPLE, calling her daughter “phenomenal.”

“She’s great in every way,” Knightley raved. “She’s obviously a genius, and obviously the best child in the entire world. And very well made. But yeah, I’m very lucky. She’s great. She’s totally great.”

Knightley went on to say that she enjoys reading to her daughter, but that Edie has yet to sit down and watch one of her mom’s movies all the way through.

“Pirates of the Caribbean was on — we flicked at Christmas — and we both wanted to see what her reaction would be seeing me onscreen. And she just didn’t even bat an eyelid,” revealed Knightley. “ fell off something into the water, and she said, ‘You fell in the water.’ I said, ‘Yes I did.’ And she said, ‘Don’t worry, Mummy, I rescue you.’ And then she walked off and she just carried on playing, and we turned it off.”

In fact, Edie is totally unfazed by her mom’s career. “I think she just thinks that everybody’s mum is probably in pictures,” Knightley said, joking. “It doesn’t really strike her as anything weird.”

That doesn’t mean that Edie doesn’t enjoy seeing her mom at work. She visited the set of The Nutcracker and the Four Realms and found one special item to play with.

“Edie very much enjoyed my big pink dress,” the actress recalled. “She enjoyed going underneath it and pretending it was a tent.”

So will Edie use that playful imagination to follow in her mother’s footsteps one day? “No, not so far,” Knightley said. “She wanted to be a dentist, and now apparently she’s been to the zoo and she wants to be a gorilla. So we’ll see. I’m hoping for a dentist. It might be a bit tricky if she wanted to be a gorilla when she grew up.”

Kanye West Lashes Out at Drake for Following His Wife on Instagram Amid Feud

Looks like Kanye West might not be ready to make nice after all.

Weeks after seemingly squashing his beef with Drake, the Ye rapper, 41, lashed out at him on Saturday in a series of since-deleted tweets, slamming the Canadian rapper for following his wife Kim Kardashian West in September, amid their ongoing feud.

“I never knew till this morning that Drake followed my wife on Instagram back in September,” he wrote in the first since-deleted tweet, which was captured by fans.

“I had to bring this up because it’s the most f— up thing of all and I just saw it this morning,” he continued in another message that has also been deleted.

“Imagine having a problem with somebody and they follow your wife on Instagram,” West added.

Drake no longer follows Kardashian West on Instagram, but he does follow her mom, Kris Jenner, plus the popular fan account @kanyedoingthings.

Switching gears, West seemed to be speaking for both himself and his wife when he wrote, “We truly wish this man the best and pray that he will find the same happiness that we have.”

In a series of tweets that have not been deleted, West simply wrote, “Love everyone,” and “All positive vibes.”

In September, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star, 38, found herself involved in the pair’s ongoing feud, as Nick Cannon and DJ Akademiks speculated that Drake and Kardashian West might have had a romantic relationship in the past.

However, Kardashian West quickly shut down that line of thinking, writing on Instagram, “Never happened. End of story.”

Although West and Drake’s beef is nothing new, the latest drama began earlier this month, when West took aim at Drake, tweeting over 125 times and claiming that the “In My Feelings” rapper threatened his family, targeted people suffering from mental illness and contacted his mother-in-law Jenner behind his back.

Travis Scott also went on to get caught up in the feud because of a line on his song “Sicko Mode,” which the Canadian rapper is featured on. On the track, both Drake and Scott rap about how they prefer “checks over stripes,” which refers to Nike, a brand they both have deals with, and Adidas, which makes West’s Yeezy sneakers.

However, West went on to seemingly squash his beef with both Drake and Scott, tweeting on Dec. 15 that despite the drama, “Drake and Trav both love Ye more than anyone and I love those guys back. We love everyone.”

West went on to share that “it’s all love” between him and Scott, a claim which his sister-in-law Kylie Jenner, who is dating the 26-year-old rapper, later confirmed.

“Everyone is good, moved on, living life,” she went on to explain on Twitter. “It’s only positive energy.”

Although Kardashian West publicly supported her husband earlier this month, calling West a “genius” and arguing that the “Jesus Walks” rapper “paved the way for there to be a Drake,” a source told PEOPLE that she’s ready to put the controversy behind them now.

“Kim doesn’t plan on making another comment about the drama and she asked Kanye to do the same,” said the insider, adding that “Kim just wants him off Twitter.”

Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra Cuddle Up on Family Ski Trip with Joe Jonas and Sophie Turner

Nick Jonas and Priyanka Chopra are ending 2018 on a high note.

The couple — who tied the knot in India in early December — are in the Alpine village of Verbier, Switzerland for a ski holiday with friends and family, including Chopra’s mom Madhu Akhouri Chopra, Jonas’ brothers Frankie and Joe Jonas and Joe’s fiancée, Sophie Turner.

All have been sharing photos from the wintery getaway. Priyanka, 36, posted a photo of her and her new husband looking playful as they cuddled outside and enjoyed a drink. “Happiness in the mountains,” Priyanka captioned the photo.

Turner, 22, and Joe, 29, were also packing on the PDA. “With my love in the mountains,” the Game of Thrones actress captioned a picture of her and Joe as they cuddled up and stuck their tongues out at each other.

“Giving our best 80’s Ski Vibes,” Nick, 26, wrote on his post of the same gallery of images.

Before their time in the village, all hit the slopes for a ski session, at one point posing in their gear with Frankie and pals Cavanaugh James, Chris Ganter and Martin Barlan.

Nick also posted a picture of himself on the mountain, and later during their après ski celebrations.

Those post-ski times also included four of the guys, including Joe, partaking in a “shotski” group drink, video of which Turner posted to her Instagram Story.

Frankie, who had hit the Ritz Club casino in Mayfair with Nick and Priyanka before leaving for Switzerland, also shared a photo of the view with his followers.

It’s been a whirlwind December for Nick and Priyanka.

On Dec. 1, the lovebirds said “I do” during a Western wedding in Priyanka’s home country of India. The nuptials, held at the Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, came just four months after the pair announced their engagement in July 2018.

She was a glowing bride in a custom Ralph Lauren wedding gown, and Nick, too, wore Ralph Lauren. In fact, so did both families, all of the bridesmaids and all of the groomsmen (which included Priyanka’s brother Siddharth and Nick’s brothers).

The groom’s father officiated the Christian ceremony, where the couple exchanged wedding bands by Chopard.

“It was all tears. All tears,” the actress, who carried a bouquet of tuberoses (her favorite flower) designed by Jenya Flowers (NYC) — which created the floral arrangements for the entire wedding party — told PEOPLE. “I could not hold it in. I think I was nervous and scared. But as soon as the curtains opened, and I saw his face it was just like everything settled and I knew I was making the best decision of my life.”

As for Nick, “the emotions were running high during the ceremonies, I think especially during the Western wedding for me,” he said. “You know you think your whole life about that moment. Honestly, I could not have imagined it would be as perfect as it was. It was highly emotional.”

On Tuesday, Nick and Priyanka celebrated their first Christmas together as a married couple.

The pair united their blended families together in England for the festivities, and each shared photos from the day on Instagram.

“From our family to yours,” the Quantico actress captioned one big family shot, snapped as the group raised their wine glasses for a toast while sitting around a circular dinner table.

Nick, meanwhile, shared photos with his brothers by the tree. “Missing one brother ,” he wrote of his Jonas Brothers bandmate, 31, who spent Christmas back in the U.S. with wife Danielle Jonas and their two young girls. “Sending all the families love on this Christmas.”

In a sweet Instagram post honoring her own relationship milestone, Miley Cyrus’ mother Tish Cyrus revealed the sweet way the “Nothing Breaks Like a Heart” singer’s nuptials paid tribute to her own.

“25 years ago today @billyraycyrus and I stood in our living room in Franklin Tn and said ‘I Do’. I would definitely say everything has come full circle!” Tish wrote on Friday, just five days after her daughter tied the knot with Liam Hemsworth in her own Tennessee home on Sunday, Dec. 23.

“I love u Lovey….. if I had to do it all again, I wouldn’t change a thing,” Tish continued, including a throwback shot of the couple with their arms wrapped around each other.

Both Miley, 26, and Hemsworth, 28, confirmed on Wednesday that they had secretly tied the knot in an intimate ceremony at the singer’s home in Franklin, Tennessee, by sharing a series of sweet photos from the happy day.

Alongside one black and white photo of them embracing, the actor called his new bride “my love,” while Miley captioned another affectionate snap “10 years later,” a nod to the near decade they’ve known each another.

Even in the comments of her posts, Miley couldn’t contain her excitement about the big day. When a fan congratulated her on marrying “the hottest man in Hollywood,” she enthusiastically agreed, replying, “I knooooowwwww right,” as seen by popular Instagram account Comments by Celebs.

The couple’s nuptials were also celebrated by their family. In an adorable group shot shared by Billy Ray, the bride and groom could be seen about to cut into their wedding cake while their family members stood nearby.

“They always wanted a small, private celebration with family and close friends and that’s what they got. Miley seems ecstatic,” a source previously told PEOPLE of the couple’s special day. “Miley loves her Tennessee home and was very happy about having the ceremony there.”

However, while the couple is happier than ever, they’re not ready to expand their family just yet.

Hemsworth and the singer dote on his older brother Chris Hemsworth’s daughter India, 6, and 4-year-old twin sons Tristan and Sasha (whom he shares with his actress wife Elsa Pataky), but for now they’re happy just being the super cool aunt and uncle.

“They both love kids, but they’re not in a rush to start a family,” a Cyrus source told PEOPLE exclusively about the couple, who met nearly 10 years ago on the set of their romantic drama The Last Song.
